Terms of Service

Effective 28 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Nutesia app. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Not medical advice

Nutesia estimates the nutrition of meals with artificial intelligence and calculates targets from general formulas. The results are estimates, may be wrong, and are for general information only. They are not medical, dietary or health advice. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have or have had an eating disorder.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nutesia.
Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
A guest account exists only on the device that created it and cannot be recovered if you uninstall the app or sign out.
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.

Credits and ads

AI features use credits. You receive free credits each day and can earn more by watching rewarded ads, up to the daily limits shown in the app.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and may be changed or reset if we change the credit system.
Abusing the credit system (for example by automating ad views or tampering with the app) may lead to the credits or the account being removed.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, access other people's data, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability

We work to keep Nutesia running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Nutesia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app's estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the effective date; continuing to use the app means you accept them.
